What happens here

Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.

A harvest on earth becomes the reason that all the ends of the earth shall fear God.

A blessing meant for the whole earthvv. 1–5

The song begins by asking God to be gracious, to bless, and to make his face shine upon his people. The purpose reaches well beyond the singers: God’s ways are to be known on earth and his salvation among all nations. Then comes the pleasingly insistent refrain, as though the first invitation had not been quite loud enough: every people is to praise God. The nations are to be glad and sing for joy because God judges justly and leads them.

The earth answers with its harvestvv. 6–7

The earth has yielded its harvest, and the song hears in that yield the blessing of God. The refrain returns once more, followed by a final widening of the horizon: God blesses, and the blessing reaches to all the ends of the earth, where fear of him shall be found.
