What happens here
Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.
A little child leads wolves, leopards, lions, calves, and fatlings, while an infant plays beside a cobra’s den and a toddler reaches into a viper’s nest.
The Branch and the peace of the mountainvv. 1–10
A shoot rises from Jesse’s stump, and a Branch from his roots bears fruit. The Spirit of the LORD rests on Him with wisdom, understanding, counsel, strength, knowledge, and fear of the LORD. His judgement does not depend on eyes or ears: He judges the poor with righteousness and decides for the lowly with equity. His mouth strikes the earth, His breath slays the wicked, and righteousness and faithfulness hold Him together like a belt and sash. Then the animal kingdom becomes wonderfully impractical. Wolf and lamb, leopard and goat, calf and young lion, cow and bear all settle together, and a little child leads the procession. The lion eats straw, while infants and toddlers approach snakes without harm. The earth fills with the knowledge of the LORD, and the Root of Jesse becomes a banner sought by the nations.
The scattered gathered homevv. 11–16
On that day the Lord reaches out a second time for the remnant of His people, naming Assyria, Egypt, Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, and the islands of the sea. Israel’s exiles and Judah’s scattered people are gathered from the four corners of the earth. Ephraim’s jealousy departs, Judah no longer harasses Ephraim, and the two move together against Philistia and the sons of the east, laying hands on Edom and Moab while Ammon becomes subject to them. The LORD then sweeps His hand over the Euphrates with a scorching wind and divides it into seven streams, a remarkably exact number for a river suddenly required to provide dry sandals. Finally, a highway appears for the remnant coming from Assyria, recalling the road by which Israel came up from Egypt.

Isa 11:1Then a shoot will spring up from the stump of Jesse, and a Branch from his roots will bear fruit.
Isa 11:2The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him—the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and strength, the Spirit of knowledge and fear of the LORD.
Isa 11:3And He will delight in the fear of the LORD. He will not judge by what His eyes see, and He will not decide by what His ears hear,
Isa 11:4but with righteousness He will judge the poor, and with equity He will decide for the lowly of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth and slay the wicked with the breath of His lips.
Isa 11:5Righteousness will be the belt around His hips, and faithfulness the sash around His waist.
Isa 11:6The wolf will live with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the goat; the calf and young lion and fatling will be together, and a little child will lead them.
Isa 11:7The cow will graze with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox.
Isa 11:8The infant will play by the cobra’s den, and the toddler will reach into the viper’s nest.
Isa 11:9They will neither harm nor destroy on all My holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the sea is full of water.
Isa 11:10On that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples. The nations will seek Him, and His place of rest will be glorious.
Isa 11:11On that day the Lord will extend His hand a second time to recover the remnant of His people from Assyria, from Egypt, from Pathros, from Cush, from Elam, from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
Isa 11:12He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; He will collect the scattered of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
Isa 11:13Then the jealousy of Ephraim will depart, and the adversaries of Judah will be cut off. Ephraim will no longer envy Judah, nor will Judah harass Ephraim.
Isa 11:14They will swoop down on the slopes of the Philistines to the west; together they will plunder the sons of the east. They will lay their hands on Edom and Moab, and the Ammonites will be subject to them.
Isa 11:15The LORD will devote to destruction the gulf of the Sea of Egypt; with a scorching wind He will sweep His hand over the Euphrates. He will split it into seven streams for men to cross with dry sandals.
Isa 11:16There will be a highway for the remnant of His people who remain from Assyria, as there was for Israel when they came up from the land of Egypt.

Who else the chapter reaches
Names written in the English are linked in the text above. These are the ones that are not: an entity the Hebrew or Greek names under a spelling the translation does not use, or one reached only by an assertion about a verse of this chapter.
Named in the Hebrew or Greek somewhere in this chapter, under a form the English renders differently — the registry's Ludim against the translation's Ludites — so there is no word in the sentence to hang the link on.
Reached by an assertion Atlas extracted from a verse of this chapter rather than by a name written in it — a pronoun, a title, or a participant the sentence carries without naming. This layer is model-read and measured at 88.6–90.3% precision, and it is kept separate from the names above for that reason.
