Every verse links to the people and places named in it, and to the passages readers connect it with.
The chapter
What happens here
Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.
The heavens have a message for the whole earth, though they deliver it without speech, language, or so much as an audible sound; meanwhile, the sun makes its daily run like a champion who has found the starting gun.
A voice without a soundvv. 1–6
The heavens declare God’s glory and the skies proclaim the work of His hands, day after day and night after night. Their speech has no sound, their words travel to the ends of the world, and above it all the sun is given a tent, a chamber, and a course to run—rather a grand arrangement for something that never says a word.
The sweeter instructionvv. 7–11
The scene turns from the sky’s silent proclamation to the LORD’s law, testimony, precepts, commandments, fear, and judgments. Each is given its particular office: reviving, making wise, bringing joy, giving light, enduring, and proving true. Together they are worth more than pure gold and sweeter than honey, while also warning the servant—a notably practical feature in anything described as sweet.
The errors that hidevv. 12–14
David’s attention then comes home to the errors he cannot discern and the faults concealed from his own sight. He asks to be cleansed from those hidden faults and kept from willful sins, so that they do not rule him. The psalm closes with the small, exact instruments of mouth and heart placed before the LORD, who is named both Rock and Redeemer.

Ps 19:1For the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.
Ps 19:2Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.
Ps 19:3Without speech or language, without a sound to be heard,
Ps 19:4their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens He has pitched a tent for the sun.
Ps 19:5Like a bridegroom emerging from his chamber, like a champion rejoicing to run his course,
Ps 19:6it rises at one end of the heavens and runs its circuit to the other; nothing is deprived of its warmth.
Ps 19:7The Law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the LORD is trustworthy, making wise the simple.
Ps 19:8The precepts of the LORD are right, bringing joy to the heart; the commandments of the LORD are radiant, giving light to the eyes.
Ps 19:9The fear of the LORD is pure, enduring forever; the judgments of the LORD are true, being altogether righteous.
Ps 19:10They are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the comb.
Ps 19:11By them indeed Your servant is warned; in keeping them is great reward.
Ps 19:12Who can discern his own errors? Cleanse me from my hidden faults.
Ps 19:13Keep Your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. Then I will be blameless and cleansed of great transgression.
Ps 19:14May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Who else the chapter reaches
Names written in the English are linked in the text above. These are the ones that are not: an entity the Hebrew or Greek names under a spelling the translation does not use, or one reached only by an assertion about a verse of this chapter.
Named in the Hebrew or Greek somewhere in this chapter, under a form the English renders differently — the registry's Ludim against the translation's Ludites — so there is no word in the sentence to hang the link on.
Reached by an assertion Atlas extracted from a verse of this chapter rather than by a name written in it — a pronoun, a title, or a participant the sentence carries without naming. This layer is model-read and measured at 88.6–90.3% precision, and it is kept separate from the names above for that reason.
