What happens here

Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.

The divine court is summoned to account: the gods are accused of favoring the wicked, and warned that they will die like mortals.

The court of the godsvv. 1–5

Asaph’s psalm opens with God presiding in the divine assembly, rendering judgment among the gods. The charge is startlingly ordinary for such a lofty court: unjust judgment and partiality toward the wicked. The remedy is equally plain—defend the weak and fatherless, uphold the afflicted, and rescue the needy. Yet the judges neither know nor understand; they wander in darkness, while all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

Gods who will fallvv. 6–8

The divine judges are first named gods and sons of the Most High, and then abruptly given the fate of mortals: death, and the fall of rulers. The psalm ends by calling on God to arise and judge the earth, since all nations are His inheritance. The grand court, in other words, has reached the point where its own bench requires judgment.

Who else the chapter reaches

Names written in the English are linked in the text above. These are the ones that are not: an entity the Hebrew or Greek names under a spelling the translation does not use, or one reached only by an assertion about a verse of this chapter.

Reached by an assertion Atlas extracted from a verse of this chapter rather than by a name written in it — a pronoun, a title, or a participant the sentence carries without naming. This layer is model-read and measured at 88.6–90.3% precision, and it is kept separate from the names above for that reason.
