The coastline is a modern one, simplified; no border, road or settlement of any period is drawn, and no line joins two points, because the rows state where and not in what order.Anaharath

Description

Anaharath in the text

In the words of STEPBible TIPNR:

Anaharath is mentioned in Joshua 19:19 as one of the towns on the border of the territory allotted to the tribe of Issachar. It is listed along with other towns such as Jezreel, Chesulloth, and Shunem, indicating its location in the Jezreel Valley, a fertile region in northern Israel.

The exact site of Anaharath is uncertain, but it was likely situated in the eastern part of the Jezreel Valley, near the border with the tribe of Naphtali. Some scholars propose identifying Anaharath with the modern village of en-Na'ura, approximately 5 miles (8 km) northeast of Megiddo.

Apart from its mention in the list of Issachar's border towns, no other information about Anaharath is provided in the Bible. Its inclusion in the description of the tribal allotments suggests that it was a recognized landmark or settlement during the distribution of the land under Joshua's leadership.

The pattern

Where Anaharath is named

Every book of the corpus in the order it is read, each as wide as the chapters it holds. A bar is the verses of that book which write the name, and the flat stretches are as much of the answer as the bars.

1 verse across 1 of 66 books; 65 write the name nowhere. Named in Joshua (1).

Anaharath is named in 1 verse — occurrences of the name in the Hebrew or Greek, counted in the versification of the Berean Standard Bible (v5.7). Every book of the corpus is drawn, its width its share of the 1,189 chapters. 65 of the 66 books never write it. A verse that tells of this subject without writing the name is not counted here.
