What happens here

Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.

The wicked man carries his headquarters with him: even his bed becomes a place for plotting evil.

The bed becomes a workshop for wickednessvv. 1–4

An oracle rises in the speaker’s heart about the wicked man, whose chief peculiarity is the absence of fear before God. Conceit fills his eyes so completely that he cannot spot his own sin; his speech is wicked and deceitful, and even his bed serves as a plotting-room. He chooses a bad path and declines the small administrative task of rejecting evil.

From the highest mountains to man and beastvv. 5–10

The psalm turns from the cramped designs of the wicked man to the immense reach of the LORD’s loving devotion and faithfulness. Righteousness rises like the highest mountains, judgments descend like the deepest sea, and then comes the wonderfully plain pair: man and beast, both preserved. Under the shadow of God’s wings, there is feasting, a river of delights, and a fountain of life; light itself becomes the means by which light is seen.

A prayer beside an unexplained “There”vv. 11–12

The speaker asks that the proud foot and the wicked hand be kept at bay, then the psalm ends with a small geographical mystery. “There” arrives without a named place, and the evildoers are already fallen there—thrown down, and unable to rise. It is a remarkably brisk end to a very large landscape.

Who else the chapter reaches

Names written in the English are linked in the text above. These are the ones that are not: an entity the Hebrew or Greek names under a spelling the translation does not use, or one reached only by an assertion about a verse of this chapter.

Reached by an assertion Atlas extracted from a verse of this chapter rather than by a name written in it — a pronoun, a title, or a participant the sentence carries without naming. This layer is model-read and measured at 88.6–90.3% precision, and it is kept separate from the names above for that reason.
