What happens here
Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.
Princes die, their plans perish, and the LORD remains faithful forever.
A song for a lifetimevv. 1–2
The psalm opens with a double summons to praise: first to the soul, then to the whole span of life. Singing is promised for as long as the singer has being, which is a pleasantly stout musical commitment.
The LORD who does what princes cannotvv. 3–10
Princes and mortal man are poor places for trust: breath departs, the body returns to the ground, and plans perish on the very day of departure. The God of Jacob, by contrast, made heaven, earth, the sea, and everything in them, and remains faithful forever. His work is wonderfully specific: justice for the oppressed, food for the hungry, freedom for prisoners, sight for the blind, lifting for the weighed down, protection for foreigners, and sustenance for the fatherless and the widow. The wicked have their ways frustrated, while the LORD reigns forever over Zion—a conclusion with considerably more staying power than a prince's plan.

Who else the chapter reaches
Names written in the English are linked in the text above. These are the ones that are not: an entity the Hebrew or Greek names under a spelling the translation does not use, or one reached only by an assertion about a verse of this chapter.
Reached by an assertion Atlas extracted from a verse of this chapter rather than by a name written in it — a pronoun, a title, or a participant the sentence carries without naming. This layer is model-read and measured at 88.6–90.3% precision, and it is kept separate from the names above for that reason.
