The chapter
What happens here
Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.
Job says the earth hangs upon nothing, while the sea, moon, heavens, and fleeing serpent are only the fringes of God's ways.
Compliments with a sharp edgevv. 1–4
Job opens by praising the help given to the powerless and the wisdom supplied to the unwise. Then the praise wheels round into a question: to whom were these words spoken, and whose spirit was speaking through them?
The great works, and their faint whispervv. 5–14
The scene opens beneath the waters, where the dead tremble and Sheol lies naked before God. The earth hangs upon nothing; waters are wrapped in clouds, the moon is covered, a horizon is inscribed, heaven's foundations quake, the sea is stirred, and Rahab and the fleeing serpent are pierced. Then Job trims the whole cosmic spectacle down to size: these are only the fringes of God's ways, and what is heard is merely a faint whisper.

Job 26:10He has inscribed a horizon on the face of the waters at the boundary between light and darkness.
Job 26:11The foundations of heaven quake, astounded at His rebuke.
Job 26:12By His power He stirred the sea; by His understanding He shattered Rahab.
Job 26:13By His breath the skies were cleared; His hand pierced the fleeing serpent.
Job 26:14Indeed, these are but the fringes of His ways; how faint is the whisper we hear of Him! Who then can understand the thunder of His power?”

Who else the chapter reaches
Names written in the English are linked in the text above. These are the ones that are not: an entity the Hebrew or Greek names under a spelling the translation does not use, or one reached only by an assertion about a verse of this chapter.
Reached by an assertion Atlas extracted from a verse of this chapter rather than by a name written in it — a pronoun, a title, or a participant the sentence carries without naming. This layer is model-read and measured at 88.6–90.3% precision, and it is kept separate from the names above for that reason.
